You'll start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients around the world and learning to resolve complex workflows. After training, you'll work with Analytics teams, gaining exposure across asset classes while developing product, market, and client expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; full-time start in 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Experience or coursework in financial markets, economics, or fintech.
• Experience in customer service and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Bloomberg clients across global markets via Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat.
• Provide guidance on workflows and maximize product value for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales on client initiatives and onboarding activities.
• Position for long-term growth into Sales with client relationship management.
