Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking in Singapore is seeking a mid-level lending professional to join the Sector & Specialised Lending team within Lending Transaction Management. The role covers structured lending across energy, metals, real estate, and other sectors, with exposure to financing term sheets and deal execution.

You'll collaborate with Sector Bankers and Relationship Managers, working across multiple sectors including Metals, Mining and Fertilizers, and Sustainable materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance / economics / accounting / management / engineering (or similar).
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with ability to develop projections.
• Experience with credit analysis and financing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and credit analysis on existing and prospective clients.
• Build and manage financial models with sensitivity analysis.
• Draft and negotiate financing term sheets and security documents.
