Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking in Singapore seeks a seasoned corporate lending professional to drive end-to-end lending execution, from analysis and modelling to due diligence and closing. The role interfaces with relationship managers, deal principals, and loan operations to ensure compliant, timely financing solutions.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, contribute to marketing efforts, and support cross-regional regulatory and system rollout projects, while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/management (or similar).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Corporate lending knowledge and loan origination/ execution experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Authentic and confident presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and credit analysis on clients.
• Build and validate financial models with sensitivity analysis and validate key assumptions.
• Review due diligence and summarize analytics.
• Review loan pricing and risk ratings; interface with stakeholders.
• Oversee deal closing, including final CPs and loan documents.
• Prepare marketing materials and negotiate term sheets for loan syndication.
• Mentor Analysts, trainees and interns in lending processes.
