Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a Lending Officer to implement and execute the lending strategy for the APAC region. You will support credit structuring, due diligence, and documentation while collaborating with Lending Management, Sales Coverage, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience in private banking, investment banking or financing within reputable institutions.
• Strong understanding of credit processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Lend with Lending Management, Sales Coverage, Risk Management to grow PB’s lending book.
• Support structuring and execution of financing solutions for UHNW clients and Family Offices in S Asia with risk-aware, policy-aligned approaches.
• Focus on structured financing against illiquid assets (Share-based, Real Estate, Alternatives).
• Handle flow and exception cases: large exposures, concentrations, extended credits with risk mitigation.
• Participate in new business initiatives and credit platform enhancements to drive growth.
• Assist in client meetings with Sales/Coverage; coordinate with lawyers and clients on documentation to close deals.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and contribute to marketing and internal reporting.
