Job summary

GIC, a premier global investor, seeks a Vice President of End User Infrastructure Automation to lead a major automation transformation of the digital workplace. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across endpoint management, M365, and security with a focus on reliability and user experience.

You bring 10+ years in end-user services or IT operations, deep hands-on expertise with Intune, Entra ID, Power Platform, and CI/CD for automation, and proven leadership in enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in End User Infrastructure Services, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations.
• Proven leadership in large-scale automation and reliability transformations.
• Experience operating in enterprise environments across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise End User Infrastructure automation strategy.
• Own release engineering for endpoint OS, applications, configurations, and M365 services.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for EUI releases with automated health checks and rollbacks.
• Lead automation across endpoint management platforms like Microsoft Intune and Nexthink.
• Establish guardrails, compliance, and security in automation initiatives.
