Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks a Vice President of End User Infrastructure Automation to lead automation across endpoints, identity, and collaboration platforms, improving productivity and stability enterprise-wide.

You will define automation strategy, own CI/CD pipelines for EUI releases, enhance observability and self-healing, and drive security-aligned automation for a modern digital workplace. The role is based at the Tampines office with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in End User Infrastructure Services, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define, build and execute the enterprise End User Infrastructure automation strategy.
• Own release engineering for endpoint operating systems, applications, configurations, and M365 services.
• Design, deploy, and manage endpoint solutions and device lifecycle management.
• Develop detection and dependency rules, and CI/CD-style pipelines for EUI releases.
• Expand self-service and self-healing capabilities for end-user services.
