Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Software Deployment, Intune & Power Platform Administrator with 5+ years of EUC/Endpoint Management experience to handle enterprise software deployment, Intune administration, and Power Platform governance in a 24x7 managed services environment.

The role involves managing Intune enrollment, Autopilot, app deployment, Power Platform environments, and automation using PowerShell, while ensuring endpoint security and ITSM process alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Endpoint Management or End User Computing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint compliance, and software deployment.
• Experience administering Power Platform environments, including governance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, CA, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise support.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot, app deployment, and patch management.
• Package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications throughout the software lifecycle.
• Govern Power Platform environments: DLP policies, environment management, security, CoE monitoring.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, platform health, and deployment performance; provide L2/L3 support.
• Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request processes; maintain SOPs and runbooks.
• Participate in 24x7 operations, on-call support, major incident management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enterprise software deployment, Microsoft Intune administration, Power Platform governance, endpoint security, and operational support in a 24x7 managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot, application deployment, and patch management.
• Package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications while supporting the complete software lifecycle.
• Administer and govern Microsoft Power Platform environments, including DLP policies, environment management, security, and CoE monitoring.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, platform health, and deployment performance, while providing L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management, maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Participate in 24x7 operations, on-call support, major incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Endpoint Management or End User Computing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint compliance, and software deployment.
• Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, including environment management, DLP policies, and governance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and operational automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise support environments.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM, PatchMyPC, Quest KACE, Nexthink, and Endpoint Analytics.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, PL-900, Azure Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, global managed services environments.
