Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. seeks a technical leader for endpoint engineering and EUC, owning Windows fleet management at scale. You will drive roadmaps, mentor engineers, and own automation across Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.

The role emphasizes leading workstreams, clear communication with stakeholders, and end-to-end problem ownership in a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in endpoint engineering / EUC with ownership of Windows fleet end-to-end at scale.
• Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and mentoring or technically guiding other engineers.
• Expert-level Intune/SCCM administration across Windows and mobile.
• Deep Windows Autopilot experience in production at scale.
• Proven ownership of Windows OS upgrade / EOL migration programmes.
• Strong command of BitLocker, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Windows compliance.
• Tanium (or SCCM / ConfigMgr) for endpoint management and patching.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting; automating against Microsoft Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Lead direction and lift the team, not just individual contribution.
• Plan and prioritize; turn ambiguous goals into a deliverable roadmap.
• Communicate clearly with technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own problems end-to-end in a large, multi-business-unit, regulated environment.
