Job summary

GIC Private Limited seeks an experienced VP, M365 & Copilot Engineer to lead the design, security, and automation of enterprise M365 services across hybrid environments. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, while advancing Copilot, Defender, and Entra ID governance.

The role emphasizes security posture, automation, and collaboration with security and identity teams to strengthen Zero Trust controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on M365 engineering and security experience.
• Strong automation and scripting skills with PowerShell.
• Proven ability to design, secure and optimize Copilot and M365 services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and manage core M365 and AVD services.
• Implement Copilot to manage chat, web search, and studio features.
• Enforce security controls: Defender, DLP, and ENS by Entra ID and CA policies.
• Lead device compliance, policy enforcement, and hybrid identity strategies.
• Create runbooks and automation for operational workflows.
