Job summary

GIC is seeking an experienced VP, M365 & Copilot Engineer to lead the design, security, and operation of core M365 services across enterprise environments. The role emphasizes automation, compliance, and advanced security integration with Copilot, Defender suite, and Entra ID.

The position involves daily hands-on engineering, security posture reviews, and collaboration with identity and SOC teams to strengthen Zero Trust controls at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in M365 engineering and security.
• Strong automation, scripting, and incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and manage core M365 & AVD services — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platforms, Teams and Intune.
• Design, build, configure Agent 365 to manage various Agent types, Connectors, Plugins and MCP servers.
• Design, build and configure Copilot to manage Chat, Web Search, CoWork, CoPilot Studio, Cost Management, integrations with agents.
• CoPilot & Agents Security, DSPM for AI and DLP.
• End User AI Adoption strategy, agent architecture and best practices and governance.
