Job summary

DENZAI HUATIONG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced senior leader to guide the company’s strategic direction and corporate governance in Singapore.

You will partner with the board, senior management, and regional teams to drive business performance and organizational development. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, regulators, and partners, while supporting expansion, M&A, and regional growth initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior management or executive leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex business operations across multiple regions.
