Job summary

AAC TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior investor with deep corporate development expertise to drive the strategic investment agenda.

You will lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuation and business case development; identify M&A and partnership opportunities; coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with government agencies, financial institutions and external advisers to create value for the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, project development, banking, M&A or business development.
• Strong experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics, infrastructure, industrial, property or technology sectors will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
