Job summary

Zircon Securities Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company.

The role will oversee operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, risk management, business development, and organizational growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment, brokerage, banking, asset management, capital markets, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, trading activities and financial operations.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, financial management and organizational leadership.
• Experience in developing and executing business growth strategies, including client acquisition and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the industry.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, team building, performance management and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with senior management and Boards of Directors.
• Relevant professional qualifications or industry licences will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, including virtual asset opportunities and core business development.
• Lead key growth initiatives including account system optimization, client acquisition, market expansion and brand development.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Oversee financial performance, business operations, budgeting, resource allocation and overall profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, financial institutions and strategic business partners.
• Recruit and develop high-performing talent to build and strengthen the company’s core management team.
• Implement incentive structures, KPI frameworks and performance management systems to improve productivity and align teams with business objectives.
• Ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and internal controls while reporting key business developments to the Board of Directors.
