Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support our busy veterinary clinic in Singapore. You will interact with clients face-to-face, handle incoming calls, and coordinate appointments while ensuring smooth clinical operations.

The role includes processing payments, dispensing medications, and performing various administrative tasks. Prior customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-facing customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and relay booking requirements to clients.
• Communicate patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff.
• Process invoices, handle payments, and balance cash at till.
• Dispense medications when required.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
