Job summary

Atlas Veterinary Clinic and Surgery in Singapore is seeking a reception-oriented team member to ensure smooth front-desk operations while helping owners feel heard and supported for their pets.

You will manage arrivals, appointments, inquiries across calls, WhatsApp and email, and keep accurate records in ezyVet, contributing to compassionate care.

Ideal candidates are animal lovers with calm, clear communication English, reliable and a team player, able to work 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary or customer service setting is an advantage.
• Excellent English and clear communication.
• Calm under pressure in a busy front desk.
• Reliable, punctual and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage arrivals and keep the waiting area calm and organised
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments; manage the daily appointment flow with the vets and nurses
• Respond to client enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email promptly and accurately; process invoices, payments and medication collections
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in our clinic management system (ezyVet)
• Send reminders and follow ups to patients to maintain continued care
• Recognise urgent cases and upscale them to the clinical team immediately
• Support clients through difficult moments, including pet loss, with empathy and discretion
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked and presentable
• Complete daily reception checklists and support other reception duties as assigned
