MARS Veterinary Health (MVH) in Singapore is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional front-line service to clients and their pets. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and help ensure smooth clinic operations across daily workflows.

Ideal applicants have O-levels or higher and prior front-facing customer experience. The role requires 44 hours per week on rotation, including weekends, and a minimum one-year commitment with eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.

Formación

• O' levels certificate or above education.
• Prior front facing customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls.
• Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients.
• Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff.
• Finalizing invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till.
• Dispensing medication.
• Perform various ad hoc administrative duties.
