Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic Client Service Coordinators (Day Shift) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and our veterinary teams across all departments.

Responsibilities include a warm and welcoming front desk experience, efficient check-in/out, prompt client inquiries, emotional support during emergencies, and clear communication

Competenze

• Prior experience in a medical clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred.
• Passionate about animal welfare and committed to delivering compassionate care and exceptional client service.
• Reliable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for clients and their pets from arrival to departure.
