Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a logistics-focused professional to optimize vessel utilization and capacity across designated services. You will coordinate with regional teams and ship planners to enhance profitability while controlling costs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with commercial and operations stakeholders, managing special cargo, and ensuring schedule reliability through proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Operational background in Trade Management or Commercial Steering.
• Knowledge of HL applications such as FIS and Qlik.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical, proactive and reliable with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Optimization of vessel/voyage utilization on designated services and trades.
• Allocation and Capacity Management on designated Ship Systems / Trades.
• Collaborate with ship planners and other stakeholders on space-related topics.
• Coordinate with QSCs, PTO, and TMPS on balance and booking developments.
• Support contingency measures and schedule reliability decisions.
• Communicate outcomes to reduce customer frustration and costs.
