• Planning cargo allocation - tactical decision making based on booking development.
• Monitoring bookings - tracking how quickly space is filling up and adjusting plans when needed.
• Making real-time decisions - prioritising cargo when space is limited or disruptions occur.
• Working with global teams - coordinating with planners, commercial teams, and customer service across regions.
• Handling operational challenges - e.g. delays, transshipment connections, or special cargo requirements.
• Improving performance - supporting KPIs such as vessel utilisation, booking response time, and on-time loading.
