Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Network Execution professional to optimize vessel schedules and monitor performance. You will coordinate with regions, update ETAs, and ensure timely communications with vessels and partners while supporting network deployment decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating canal transit bookings, aligning schedules with regional needs, and driving improvements through data-driven insights and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Experience in network execution, vessel scheduling or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of vessel operations and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, vessels and partners.
• Proficiency in Fleet Information Systems (FIS) and other software.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and update vessel schedules, coordinating across regions.
• Monitor ETA and update internal teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate canal transit bookings with local agents.
• Trigger recovery actions to restore schedule reliability.
• Provide input for proforma design, schedule reviews and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to request schedule speed-ups and align with LTSS
