Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a skilled Network Execution professional to maintain schedule accuracy, coordinate amendments, and support network deployment decisions across Regions. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure efficient vessel performance.

The role requires a strong background in vessel scheduling within shipping or logistics, excellent communication, and proficiency with Fleet Information Systems (FIS) to analyze data and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in network execution or vessel scheduling in shipping/logistics.
• Strong understanding of vessel operations and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, vessels, and partners.
• Proficiency with Fleet Information Systems (FIS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule accuracy and coordinate amendments across Regions.
• Create and update coastal vessels schedules.
• Collaborate with regions to optimize schedules based on capacity and demand.
• Monitor ETAs and communicate schedules to vessels and partners.
• Coordinate canal transit bookings with local agents.
• Provide input for network deployment decisions and performance improvements.
