Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, retail, FMCG, vending, or related sectors.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong business acumen with proven revenue growth experience.
• Experience in multi-site operations and route-based business is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to expand vending locations and opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets for the vending business segment.
• Identify and secure strategic vending machine placement locations through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Monitor machine performance, sales trends, and product mix to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and operational budgets.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, property management companies, corporate clients, educational institutions, and other partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and marketing to ensure product availability and promotions.
• Oversee route planning, replenishment schedules, and service standards.
• Review performance and implement profitability improvements.
