Job summary
Stamford Catering Services PTE LTD is seeking a Vending Operations & Technical Executive to oversee the maintenance, deployment, and technical performance of our vending machine network across Singapore. The role combines field operations, troubleshooting, and inventory control to maximize uptime and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or related fields.
- Experience with vending or refrigeration equipment is a strong advantage.
- Strong field troubleshooting and organizational capabilities; familiarity with mobile service apps and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Fleet & Logistics: Manage machine deployments, relocations, and asset tracking while ensuring safety standards.
- Technical Support: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical/refrigeration faults, and resolve emergency breakdowns swiftly.
- Smart Vending Systems: Monitor machine health and telemetry platforms, troubleshoot IoT/4G connectivity, and configure payment systems and firmware.
- Inventory & Asset Control: Maintain spare parts inventory, track maintenance history, conduct stocktakes, and manage equipment lifecycles.
- Operational Support: Assist with route planning, product merchandising, machine cleaning, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse teams.
