Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, retail, FMCG, vending or related sectors.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong business acumen with proven revenue growth experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations (vending/retail/route-based).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales and operations data.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand vending through new site acquisition and opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and profitability targets for vending.
• Identify and secure strategic vending locations via market analysis and engagement.
• Monitor machine performance, sales trends and product mix to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, property management, corporate clients and institutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and marketing for product availability and promotions.
• Oversee route planning, replenishment schedules and service standards.
• Review performance and implement improvements for profitability and customer satisfaction.
