Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge; Nitec is an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to identify visible vehicle defects and issues.
• Experience in automotive preparation or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians and vendors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and prepare reports.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, detailing, and refurbishment.
• Arrange vehicle movement between locations and track status.
• Update vehicle readiness and outstanding items in the system.
• Maintain accurate PDI checklists and preparation records.
• Collaborate with workshop and external vendors effectively.
