Job summary

XPERT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and corrective maintenance for our vehicle facilities and circuits.

You will manage technical staff, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee repairs, shutdowns, and major overhauls to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications

• Vehicle repair or mechanical maintenance professional, at least 3 years of vehicle maintenance management experience.
• Any diploma or degree related to mechanical management.
• Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency of vehicle facilities and circuit systems.
• Manage and guide the technical staff and technical officer team, providing effective maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, supervise projects, maintenance, repairs, shutdowns and major overhauls, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Regularly inspect the workplace, systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and submit costs and quotations to support project and maintenance budgets.
• Respond promptly to user requests and feedback on malfunction issues, coordinate with the team to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles, maintain accurate maintenance lists and records.
• Assist the safety team conducting risk assessments in accordance with workplace safety and health policies and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to record and report maintenance activities and communicate.
