Job summary

Tong Seng Leasing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Maintenance Executive to oversee our vehicle fleet and facility operations. You will ensure all lorries are well-maintained and warehouse equipment is properly documented and controlled.

You will manage the site weighbridge, perform routine maintenance, and keep meticulous service records to support uninterrupted business activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Maintenance Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar hands-on role.
• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and/or electrical systems.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the site weighbridge to control cargo movement.
• Check for undocumented or discrepant cargo and halt as needed.
• Perform and schedule routine maintenance, servicing, inspections for the fleet and equipment.
• Maintain records of all service, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Coordinate the resolution of breakdowns for facilities, fleet, and infrastructure.
• Arrange replacement vehicles to ensure business continuity.
