Sime Motors in Singapore is seeking an Operations Assistant (Vehicle Logistic) to provide end-to-end operational and administrative support, ensuring efficient vehicle turnaround from VRN to showroom readiness.

The role requires quality checks, coordination with internal teams and vendors, stock and movement tracking, and adherence to cost controls. This 12-month contract offers exposure to a regional automotive network and structured training.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive operations or related field.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational and administrative support to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround from VRN to showroom readiness.
• Perform quality checks before and after refurbishment and document findings with photos.
• Coordinate refurbishment and reconditioning with internal teams and external vendors.
• Validate repair scope before workshop release and follow up on add-on jobs.
• Escalate quality issues promptly and ensure timely rework.
