Job summary

DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible logistics driver to perform delivery and collection of equipment, parts, and materials using company vehicles such as lorries or vans.

The role also supports employee travel to work sites and designated drop-off locations. You will assist with import/export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and provide general logistics and administrative support to the department.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Responsible, dependable, and proactive.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Strong organisational skills for delivery, collection, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and collection of equipment, parts, and materials using company vehicles such as lorries or vans.
• Provide transportation support for employees travelling to work sites or designated drop-off locations.
• Assist with import and export documentation and prepare relevant shipping and logistics documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders and carriers to monitor shipment and delivery status.
• Provide general logistics and administrative support to the department and undertake other related duties as assigned.
