Job summary

DSV in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily checks and first-line fault response on automation equipment across our logistics facilities. You will carry out preventive maintenance and assist in testing and commissioning of changes.

You will log faults, downtime and actions in the maintenance records, escalate unresolved issues promptly, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols including LOTO and PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automation equipment in warehouses.
• Ability to perform daily checks and log downtime accurately.
• Familiar with safety protocols including LOTO and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks, fault response and basic troubleshooting on automation equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on schedule across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, robots, and pallet lifters.
• Log faults, actions and downtime in the maintenance system.
• Escalate faults that cannot be resolved at technician level to the supervisor or engineer promptly
• Support vendor technicians during corrective maintenance and system upgrades
• Assist in testing and commissioning of new equipment or changes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment zones and spare parts storage
• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, work permits, and PPE requirements
