Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the department's day-to-day activities, ensure safety and quality, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will train and develop staff, assign tasks, manage scheduling, prepare management KPIs for timely reporting, and hold regular meetings with customers to align on delivery timelines.

• Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentation
• Training and development of staff ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
• Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
• Meetings with customers
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior
