Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and value-added services operations. You will pick, pack, label and store materials according to work instructions, and prepare, stage, and move materials within the warehouse to support operational needs.

You will ensure correct identification and storage of goods, perform basic quantity checks, assist in stock movement and inventory control, and help with loading/unloading and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock handling.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Team player with basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling activities to support daily warehouse and VAS operations.
• Pick, pack, label, and store materials and products according to work instructions.
• Prepare, stage, and move materials within the warehouse to support operational needs.
• Ensure correct identification, segregation, and storage of materials and finished goods.
• Conduct basic quantity checks and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Support stock movement, replenishment, and basic inventory control activities.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials and pallets in a safe manner.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure materials are kept neatly and orderly.
• Follow safety procedures and always ensure safe handling of materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and 5S standards.
• Assist in cycle counts and monthly stock take when required.
