Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior UX designer to lead end-to-end user research and design across multiple digital initiatives in Singapore.

You will map journeys, design intuitive interfaces for complex processes, and apply service design thinking across cross-functional journeys, ensuring feasibility with engineering teams. You will translate complex requirements into accessible experiences, conduct interviews and usability tests, and present design rationale to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in UX design, product design, user research, or related roles.
• Proven experience in user research, synthesis, and UX/product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
• Strong ability to simplify complex processes into clear and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and design validation.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and service design principles.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to translate research insights and data into design decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design work, problem-solving ability, and clear design rationale.
