Job summary

HCLTech in Singapore is seeking an experienced UX Research & Service Designer / UX/UI Designer to support discovery and design during a large-scale digital transformation project.

You will conduct user research, define personas and journeys, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver feasible design solutions. The role requires strong UX research, IA, usability testing, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX/UI Design.
• Strong experience in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in large-scale website redesign or digital transformation projects is preferred.
