Job summary

Astek is seeking a Senior UX/UI Lead Designer to shape the design vision for a major government product ecosystem. You will bring 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience, stay hands-on with research, wireframes, prototypes and user journeys, and work closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders in an Agile setting.

Lead a small design team, drive end-to-end product experience strategy, and establish design governance and standards across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in user research, journey mapping, prototyping.
• Public-sector or enterprise environments experience considered a plus.
• Ability to lead a small design team and drive end-to-end product strategy.

What we’re looking for:
