Job summary

Ambition Singapore is hiring a UI/UX Senior Developer who blends user research, UX design, and visual UI craft to create intuitive product experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering to translate designs into code and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

You will lead user research, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing, ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and responsive behavior across devices. A strong portfolio with production-ready work is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on UI/UX design for web/mobile products.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid UX fundamentals: user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong visual/UI design skills: typography, color, layout, and design systems.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend fluency for design-to-code handoff.
• Understanding of responsive design across devices and breakpoints.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking to hire a UI/UX Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise across user research, UX design, visual/UI design, and design-to-code collaboration to shape intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling product experiences. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between research and synthesis, structured UX design, high-fidelity visual craft, and close collaboration with engineering to bring designs to life, while communicating design rationale and trade-offs clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
