Job summary

Our client in Asia-Pacific seeks an experienced UX Designer to define audiences and success metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and translate discovery into actionable design. You will lead workshops, map user journeys, and develop wireframes and prototypes for desktop and mobile to guide implementation.

Responsibilities include analysing data, validating with usability tests, and ensuring designs align with standards and kits across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on UX, product design, service design or experience design work.
• Structured discovery including web analytics reviews, stakeholder interviews, workshops and usability tests.

UX Designer

• Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback
• Analyse data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions
• Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys
• Facilitate information architecture creation using tools such as card-sorting and tree-testing
• Conduct benchmark analysis of relevant websites
• Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour and assumptions
• Create wireframes and user flows based on discovery findings
• Ensure alignment of designs to relevant design kits and WOG standards
• Refine designs based on validated results and stakeholder feedback
• Work with stakeholders to ensure designs can be implemented on Optical
• Provide and hand over high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile to the implementation team

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on UX, product design, service design or experience design work, preferably for internal platforms, enterprise systems, developer tools or operational
• Professional experience in conducting a structured discovery and design phase involving web analytics reviews, stakeholder interviews, workshops, usability tests.
