Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing seeks a capable UX Designer to conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into intuitive interfaces across mobile, desktop, voice, and conversational experiences. You will design high-fidelity prototypes and ensure accessibility and information architecture principles are applied throughout product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of IxD or UX with a strong portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of information design, information architecture, and user psychology.
• Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital art.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and large-scale software development lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and potential risks.
• Proactively highlight concerns and share best practices in risk management.
• Perform other related responsibilities as required.
