Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost estimates, manage tenders and supervise commercial aspects of complex construction projects.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers, maintain cost control, prepare bills of quantities, and support tender evaluation to ensure value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tender management, or commercial roles.
• Experience in gas systems, process piping, mechanical & electrical (M&E), semiconductor, or EPC projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contract administration, procurement processes, and tender documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements confidentially.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tender management, or commercial roles within the construction industry.
