Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking aSales Support professional in Singapore to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage order processing from quote to delivery.

You will coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. The role requires 1–3 years' sales support or order processing experience, with a Bachelor or Diploma in related fields. Short notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales support or order processing experience.
• Available to start work on short notice if needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' sales order enquiries via calls and emails.
• Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients.
• Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in fulfilling customers' orders promptly.
• Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery process.
• Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
