Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive HVAC sales professional to handle inquiries, develop new customers, and promote service contracts. You will assess customer needs, prepare quotations and sales reports, and present solutions to drive targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Sales experience in HVAC/engineering is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence required.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and incoming leads.
• Promote ACMV/HVAC service contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Prepare quotations, costing, and sales reports.
• Conduct presentations and sales meetings with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
