Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen required due to MINDEF-related projects.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.

Are you an Engineering professional who enjoys combining technical knowledge, customer engagement and business development?

Our Client is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team and play a key role in developing sales opportunities, supporting project delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering graduate or an experienced ACMV/HVAC, Mechanical, M&E or Technical Sales professional who wants to build a career that combines engineering expertise with commercial exposure.

Location: Genting Lane

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Comes with Mobile + AWS + Performance Bonus + Car allowance only if process personal car

What You Will Do

Sales & Business Development

• Follow up on new leads and company-generated leads, converting opportunities into successful sales.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and business partners.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.

• Negotiate with customers and support the commercial evaluation of projects.

Tendering & Quotation

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.

• Evaluate project requirements, equipment specifications and commercial considerations.

• Support negotiation and evaluation of project opportunities.

Technical & Project Support

• Develop a good understanding of the company's equipment and technical standards.

• Ensure equipment installation and commissioning are carried out according to company standards and checklists.

• Liaise with partners on equipment specifications, availability and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with clients and project teams on site requirements, planning and scheduling.

• Provide technical support to the service team during troubleshooting and equipment-related issues.

• Support technical submissions and make amendments to AutoCAD drawings when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Singapore Citizen required due to access requirements for certain MINDEF-related projects you may be exposed to.

• Required Class 3 Driving License

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.

• ACMV/HVAC experience is highly advantageous.

• Those with above Degree but 0 work experience are welcome to apply

• Candidates with experience in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Project Engineering, ACMV/HVAC, M&E or mechanical equipment will have an advantage.

• Experience in quotations, estimation, tendering or project coordination is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is advantageous.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with project, service and technical teams.

• Customer-oriented with good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Willing to travel to client/project sites when required.

Candidates with strong ACMV/HVAC, technical sales, tendering or project engineering experience are encouraged to apply, as the package can be adjusted according to experience and suitability.
