Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a contract Recruiter for a 3-month assignment at Senoko to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role requires partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and to develop job descriptions while sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage pipelines in the ATS. You will also support onboarding and employer branding efforts, and track recruitment metrics to

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
