Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end recruitment for roles as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS records.
