Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a recruitment professional for a 3-month contract at Senoko Loop, Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates across boards and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will manage pipelines, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding while tracking recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Experience hiring blue-collar and operational roles.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain records in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
