Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a contract recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers. Based in Senoko, this 3-month assignment partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop compelling job descriptions.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and agencies, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate ATS records while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting

Qualifications

• Perform end to end recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
