Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage co-marketing plans and MDF with technology vendors. You will lead liaison between global vendors and SESA leadership, develop B2B campaigns, and drive lead generation across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Software.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT distribution marketing, strong channel ecosystem understanding, and experience with MDF budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of dedicated marketing experience within the IT Distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem and vendor-partner relationships.
• Direct experience managing marketing budgets and MDF processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage co-marketing plans and MDF with key technology vendors and internal product teams.
• Ensure marketing activities meet vendor branding and audit requirements for fund reimbursement.
• Act as the marketing liaison between global vendors and SESA business leadership; develop B2B campaigns to engage partners including System Integrators, VARs and Corporate Resellers.
• Drive lead and demand generation to support pipeline growth across Cloud, Infrastructure and Software.
• Manage industry events, partner roundtables, webinars and product launches across Singapore and SESA; coordinate Singapore execution with global marketing teams and leadership.
• Track and report campaign ROI, pipeline contribution and marketing KPIs.
• Localize global campaigns and marketing assets for the SESA market.

• Proven understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, multi-tier distribution models, and vendor-partner relationships. Experience handling cloud or enterprise IT portfolios is highly advantageous.
• Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing marketing budgets and a strong grasp of MDF (Marketing Development Funds) processes and compliance guidelines.
