Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Ground Improvement Site Lead to manage PVD installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

You will supervise site engineers and subcontractors, review method statements and drawings, and coordinate resources and logistics while liaising with clients and the overseas HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; 2–3+ years of direct experience in PVD and soil improvement works.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and execute multiple ground improvement projects independently.

• Review method statements, structural drawings, and installation records to maintain full compliance with technical specs and safety standards.
• Direct site engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors, providing technical problem-solving for on-site challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 2–3+ years of direct experience in PVD and soil improvement works.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and execute multiple ground improvement projects independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with related techniques (e.g., DCM, piling, or diaphragm walls) is a strong advantage.
