Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead HDB upgrading projects from planning to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with contracts and standards. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in HDB construction.
• Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and site management.
• Good communication and ability to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from start to finish.

Job Scope:

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues

• Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards

• Identify project risks and resolve site-related issue promptly

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards

• Responsible for day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives

• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in HDB construction projects preferred

• Experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling and site management

• Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• 5.5 Days, Office Hour

• Salary: Up to $7500/mth + VB

• East area
