Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies seeks a highly experienced Senior / Project Manager to join our senior management team. You will oversee and drive the successful execution of our building projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will lead complex geotechnical scopes, coordinate with sites and stakeholders, manage risks and costs, and shape strategies for productivity and growth. Changi area-based role with performance bonus and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least a Degree in relevant field related to the construction industry.
• 10 to 15 years of working experience in construction, operation or logistics, esp. in Bored Piling and Geotechnical engineering works.
• Strong Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Willing to work in Changi area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Geotech work scope: Diaphragm Wall, Bored Piling, DSM, JGP, sheet piling, etc.
• Determine inventory/ purchasing/machinery/ personnel and other resources’ needs.
• Monitor existing direct work processes and analyze its effectiveness.
• Create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of the direct work.
• Perform costing and tendering of Foundation / Ground Improvement Work for the company.
• Together with the HR Department, coordinate with the various project sites on their manpower matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
• The duties and responsibilities stated may be revised from time to time according to the company’s operational requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Geotech work scope: Diaphragm Wall, Bored Piling, DSM, JGP, sheet piling, etc such that operations run smoothly, efficiently and in line with the project team’s requirements or at the direction of the Chief Operations Officer.

• Determine inventory/ purchasing/machinery/ personnel and other resources’ needs eg. Ascertain/ decide the right resources for the right job.

• Monitor existing direct work processes and analyze its effectiveness.

• Create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of the direct work.

• Perform costing and tendering of Foundation / Ground Improvement Work for the company.

• Together with the HR Department, coordinate with the various project sites on their manpower matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
